About The Position

Tioga Downs is looking for a Dunkin Crew Member - $16.00/hour PLUS Tips! Tioga Downs is looking for energetic Crew Members to join our Dunkin' / Baskin Robbins team. The Crew Member is responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. Crew Members prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. Crew work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional guest service
• Previous experience with food service is highly desired

Responsibilities

• Work well with others respectfully, and can interact in a positive efficient manner
• Respond positively to coaching and feedback
• Able to communicate with team members, as well as with supervisors within the organization
• Able to learn and execute multiple tasks
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with State Health Regulations.
