About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated Crew Member to join our team at PepperJax Grill in Topeka. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food orders, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, and stoop
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take their orders with a friendly attitude
• Prepare and assemble food orders according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Ensure food safety procedures are followed at all times
• Assist with opening and closing tasks as needed
