Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a Fast Casual restaurant with a tropical twist. At Tropical Smoothie we inspire a healthier lifestyle by serving amazing food and smoothies with a bit of tropical fun! Tropical Smoothie Café is customer-centric, supportive, collaborative and our goal is to provide a safe and healthy environment for our employees and customers. We are looking for a Crew Member to join our team and help provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders, preparing food, cleaning the restaurant, and providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
- Prepare food & smoothies according to Brand Standards & customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed.
- Assist in stocking and restocking of supplies.
- Perform cashier duties as needed.
