About The Position

Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates who can gain work experience across multiple departments, including Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales. This role focuses on building essential workforce skills such as customer service, safety management, and effective communication within a fun and dynamic environment where play is a core part of the profession. While an application is required, prior work experience is not necessary for consideration. Sky Zone is the world's largest brand of indoor entertainment parks, known for creating cleaner, safer, and better-designed parks for families.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.).
• Customer service or sales experience.
