You Move Me is a moving franchise that primarily handles home-to-home moves, but also undertakes office and commercial relocations. Our goal is to move our customers and their important belongings through exceptional customer service! We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead Mover/Driver to join our dynamic team. Experience in the moving industry is a must. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Requirements

Previous moving experience is required.
Must have a great attitude, be reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
Physical stamina to lift/carry 60 pounds repeatedly.
Mover/Drivers must Must be willing to submit a criminal background check
Must be 21 years old or older, have a valid driver’s license (NO CDL required), and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Leading a team of movers to ensure efficient and safe moving operations.
Packing and handling techniques.
Using moving tools and supplies, including plastic wrap, blanket pads, straps, and dollies.
Physically loading and unloading goods, materials, and equipment.
Delivering a high level of customer service with the ability to address customer concerns/issues on-site.
Applying sales techniques in the field.
Being a team player and supporting your team.
Taking pride in delivering great work.
