About The Position

Join our dynamic team at Cafua Management Company as a Restaurant Crew Member and play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences. Crew Members are responsible for preparing and serving products according to Dunkin' Brands' guidelines, maintaining speed and accuracy while managing multiple tasks, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and inviting environment. The position also emphasizes team collaboration, continuous learning, and schedule flexibility to meet operational demands.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time
  • Exhibit a friendly and approachable demeanor, operating with honesty, integrity, and a guest-oriented mindset.
  • Show a strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to fulfill commitments.
  • Collaborate effectively with others, valuing teamwork and demonstrating openness to coaching and feedback.

  • Possess basic computer skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
