About The Position

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Some equipment in the restaurant may require you to be 18 years of age.
Flexible work availability, including late nights and holidays.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Authorized to work in the United States - We use E-Verify.
Ability to stand up to 12 hours, move about the restaurant to access the dining room, prep area, restrooms, and dumpster area.
Ability to use hands/fingers to handle or feel operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, position, including a register, slicer, knives, scissors, other machinery, and a computer.
Ability to occasionally ascend/descend a step ladder to reach product on top shelves.
Ability to constantly position self to maintain cleanliness of restaurant, including under the tables and prep areas, and to retrieve product.
Ability to frequently communicate with fellow employees or guests, exchanging accurate information.
Ability to read monitors, menus, and learning systems to perform most job duties.
Ability to frequently move product, dishes, boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in environments constantly exposed to low temperatures in walk-in freezer and cooler.
Ability to work in environments constantly exposed to high heat in walk-in oven, or wall mounted ovens.

Responsibilities

Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Take orders and demonstrate thorough knowledge of our menu to address any guest inquiries.
Prepare food items promptly and precisely while strictly adhering to food safety guidelines.
Potential positions include cashier, grill/sandwich cook, dishwasher, and/or cleaning responsibilities.
