Requirements

  • Ability to use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food with 100% recipe adherence, following directions for seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, portioning, and serving food items.
  • Warmly greet, acknowledge, and take guests' drink and food orders within 30 seconds of their entry.
  • Accurately total, process, and collect payments from guests using the point-of-sale system.
  • Handle money, process credit and debit cards, and make change while complying with the company’s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products.
  • Make recommendations to guests to fit their needs, especially when questioned about potential food allergens.
