About The Position

Wingstop, established in 1994, is a restaurant dedicated to providing a full-on flavor experience through fresh, made-to-order wings. The company's mission is to serve the world flavor with excellent food and service, emphasizing the importance of every role within the organization. As a Crew Member, individuals are integral to this mission, contributing to a bold, fun, and fast-moving environment. The role is dynamic, offering two primary paths: Guest Service Expert or Flavor Expert. A Guest Service Expert is the primary point of contact for guests, responsible for taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring positive interactions to foster repeat business. A Flavor Expert operates in the kitchen, focusing on preparing fresh-made sides, hand-saucing orders to Wingstop's standards, and ensuring all meals are served hot, fresh, and ready to impress.

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service or prepare crave-worthy meals, sometimes both in the same shift
Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards to keep the kitchen and front of house running like a well-oiled fryer
Collaborate with your team to keep things moving during busy rushes
Stay on your toes and ready to help out wherever needed
