About The Position

We are hiring crew members to join our team- come work in a fun & fast-paced environment! As a Five Guys team member, you'll take orders, prepare food, and keep the store in top-notch shape while providing best-in-class customer service to everyone that works through our doors.
In addition to your hourly payrate, you'll take home tips every day and have regular bonus-earning opportunities!

Requirements

• Ability to connect with our guests- providing them with best-in-class customer service!
• Ability to keep the store clean and follow food safety regulations.
• Ability to get to work on time and adhere to scheduled shifts.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Ability to stand on hard surfaces for long periods of time in warm and cold temperatures.
• The ability to lift supplies and materials up to 30 lbs.
• Reasonable accommodation must be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders
• Cooking burgers & fries
• Building delicious sandwiches
• Keeping the dining room clean
• Prepping fresh ingredients
• Maintain friendly, fast, and accurate service, ensuring an excellent customer experience and that all products consistently meet company standards.
• Keep the restaurant up to Five Guys company standards regarding cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility.
• Work as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
