About The Position
Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates who have the opportunity to gain work experience across multiple departments while building essential workforce skills including customer service, safety management, and effective communication. The role is suitable for individuals who enjoy a fun and dynamic environment where play is their profession. This position offers part-time opportunities in various roles such as Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales. An application is required, and prior work experience is not a prerequisite.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.)
- Customer service or sales experience
