Employees will work the front counter, be responsible for customer service, making sandwiches, interacting with customers and co- workers on a continual basis. Crew members will complete other tasks associated with operating a store. The expectation of any employee is to uphold the highest level of all of Jersey Mike’s operational standards.

Requirements

Food quality that meets Jersey Mike’s specifications and high-quality standards
Providing customer service at the highest level possible throughout the restaurant
A restaurant that follows standards of Jersey Mike’s Franchise System
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers and co-workers on a consistent basis
