Starting $11/hr plus tips $3.00/hr (minimum) Guaranteed; $14.00 to start w/ tips Guaranteed. Payroll pays tips evenly on paychecks, no missing out on tips. No Grease!! Overview We are seeking dedicated individuals for full and part time positions available on weekdays and weekends. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Requirements

Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated during independent tasks.

Responsibilities

Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to promote products and services.
Utilize retail math to manage cash handling and ensure accurate financial transactions.
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store displays.
Demonstrate basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding customer service, safety, and operational standards.
