About The Position

As a Crew Member, you’ll support multiple areas of the store—from stocking shelves and organizing the yard to assisting with deliveries and helping customers load purchases. This is a hands-on, physically active role that offers exposure to tools, building materials, outdoor equipment, and customer service.

You’ll work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced retail environment where safety, teamwork, and dependability matter.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day without the use of mobility assistance
• Comfort working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, warehouse, construction, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• If you’ve worked in retail, construction, trades, or leadership roles, we encourage you to share that experience. While this role starts as Crew Member, we value growth from within, and your skills may open doors to future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with loading and unloading purchases
• Stock shelves and maintain organized store and yard areas
• Assist with deliveries and unload incoming freight
• Remain on your feet for extended periods while moving throughout the store and yard
• Safely perform job duties requiring balance, coordination, and hands-free mobility
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Learn and follow all store policies and safety standards
• Support multiple departments as needed (lumber, tools, rentals, yard, etc.)
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided)
