The Crew Member’s role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience for all guests of Blake’s Lotaburger stores. All crew members are expected to adopt an attitude that is passionate about our food and fanatical about our process. Crew members will be assigned to one of six assignments during each shift and are expected to quickly learn and be proficient in all of them, including: Cashier/Counter Help & Drive-Thru Window, Assembly Table, Fry Station, Grill Station, Prep Station and Housekeeping. All crew members report to the General Manager. Blake's Lotaburger was founded in 1952 by WWII Navy Veteran Blake Chanslor, and 70 years later, it is a cultural icon known for its "World’s Best Green Chile Cheeseburger." The company operates across 80 locations throughout New Mexico, Texas, and Arizona, using high-quality ingredients like Premium Angus Beef patties and 100% Hatch Valley grown Green Chile.
