Responsibilities

Guest Service & Hospitality: Welcome guests with a positive attitude, answer questions, and ensure every customer enjoys a fast, friendly Pancheros experience.
Food Preparation & Line Work: Prep fresh ingredients, assemble burritos, bowls, tacos, and salads, and follow all Pancheros food quality and portioning standards .
Cashiering & POS Operation: Take orders, process payments, and handle cash and card transactions accurately (as assigned).
Restaurant Cleanliness: Maintain a clean dining room, service line, kitchen, and restrooms throughout your shift.
Teamwork & Communication: Work closely with other crew members and shift leads to keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy periods.
Stocking & Replenishment: Restock line items, sauces, utensils, and supplies to keep service fast and efficient.
Food Safety & Sanitation: Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines required for fast casual restaurant environments .
