About The Position
Our Wich Makers ensure every order (filled out on their own bag) is custom made to perfection in 4 minutes or less. Yes, it is busy and you'll make tons of Wiches each day but everyone is different! Wich Makers not only make Wiches but also help prep meats, cheeses and toppings as well as make shakes and deliver outstanding, personalized service to our Guests. Our hourly Team Members 'Sell the Vibe' to our guests - ensuring superior sandwiches and service. We ensure a superior Team Member experience - no grease, great music, cool uniforms and awesome Guests! We have a variety of positions and hours to work and want all Team Members to learn each station so we can provide better service to our Guests and more hours for you!
