Requirements

• Natural friendliness
• Ability to handle a lot of stuff and not wig out
• Good with being on drive-thru one shift and making fries the next
• Like making customers happy
• Solid social skills (act like your grandma is standing behind you)
• Willing and able to stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
• Willing and able to lift up to 25-50 lbs. now and then
• Willing and able to handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking trash out in the summer, etc.
• Willing and able to wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines

Responsibilities

• Fill up low items such as ketchup, straws, and cups
• Pitch in and help your crew and customers
• Take and receive direction
• Learn something new and be a part of something good
• Make things right if something doesn’t seem right
• Work on drive-thru
• Make fries
• Take trash out
