About The Position

The Crew Member will perform a variety of responsibilities, including preparing food, serving customers, and busing tables, and will be responsible for cleaning the restaurant after each shift. Requirements

Minimum Age Requirement: MUST be 18 Years of Age of Older
Education: High School Diploma
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to appear for scheduled shifts and is a reliable performer
Create food consistent with Jersey Mike’s high-quality standards
Maintain restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others
Work in a fast-paced team driven atmosphere
Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience

Nice To Haves

1 Year QSR experience, preferred
Experience is a plus and can include being a Crew Member at locations such as McDonald's, Culver's, Dunkin', Cousins Subs, Tropical Smoothie, Charleys Philly Steaks, Little Caesars Pizza, MOD Pizza, Wendy's etc, however this is not required as we will teach and train you the necessary skills to excel within our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and previous experience in a restaurant environment.
