Responsibilities

Interact with team members, customers, and vendors using Harmony Restaurants' core values.
Deliver Unparalleled Hospitality to every guest who visits our café.
Prepare fresh ingredients for food and smoothies.
Assemble and serve smoothies and meals to Tropical Smoothie Café standards.
Follow proper sanitation and food safety practices during food prep and service.
Set up and monitor smoothie and food workstations.
Maintain a clean and organized café, including kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and workstations.
Operate the POS register system accurately, take guest orders, and handle cash responsibly.
Adhere to all brand safety and security policies.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support café operations.
