About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our dynamic team at Auntie Anne's. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the overall success of our restaurant. In this role, you will maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to high standards of food safety and cleanliness throughout the restaurant. You will assist with food preparation, including food handling and kitchen duties, as needed, and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive experience. Your responsibilities will also include operating the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, supporting the bussing and café areas by ensuring tables are cleaned and cleared in a timely manner, and managing your time effectively to prioritize tasks for seamless service. You will provide help and support to other team members, maintain a thorough knowledge of the restaurant's menu and offerings, and uphold high standards of customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and concerns. Additionally, you will ensure all orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner, and monitor the restaurant's inventory and supplies, reporting any discrepancies to management.
