As a Crew Member at Auntie Anne's, you will be responsible for performing various tasks essential for the preparation and presentation of Auntie Anne's products to customers. This role requires adherence to Auntie Anne's Threefold Philosophy, operating standards, and policies. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where customer service is paramount, and your ability to maintain a friendly and courteous attitude towards both customers and co-workers is essential. Your duties will include preparing doughs and other products such as lemonade and butter, rolling and twisting pretzels, and ensuring that all products are baked to perfection by monitoring ovens for correct baking times and product color. You will also be responsible for preparing specialty pretzels, drinks, and bagging orders accurately. Operating cash registers in accordance with established procedures is another critical aspect of your role. In addition to food preparation, you will be tasked with setting up equipment, utensils, and supplies for opening and breaking down, cleaning, and putting away these items at closing. Compliance with Auntie Anne's dress code and personal appearance standards is mandatory, as is adherence to all relevant federal and state regulations regarding food safety and environmental standards. You will perform all duties in a safe and effective manner, following the guidelines established by Auntie Anne's Inc. Other duties may be assigned by the Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Manager as needed.
