About The Position

Sky Zone is seeking enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team in Springfield, VA. This part-time role involves working across various departments within the trampoline park, including Court Monitor, Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, Membership Sales, and Cleaning Crew. Crew Members are expected to provide a friendly and memorable customer experience while ensuring a safe and clean environment for all guests.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18+ for Team Leads).
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a high volume, customer-facing role in entertainment, retail, service, or fitness industries.
• Customer service or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trampoline courts to ensure safety and adherence to park rules.
• Assist guests at the café, providing food and beverage service.
• Host parties, ensuring a fun and organized experience for guests.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and membership sales.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic environment throughout the park.
