About The Position
Sky Zone is seeking enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team in Muskegon, MI. This part-time position offers a dynamic and fun work environment where play is our profession. Crew Members will be involved in various roles including Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales Team Leader. Each role requires a commitment to providing a friendly and memorable customer experience while ensuring a safe, healthy, and clean environment for all park members and guests. The specific job duties and compensation will be discussed during the interview process, tailored to your interests and the needs of the park. As a Crew Member, you will work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues, engaging with large groups of people. It is essential to be comfortable in this environment and to maintain a flexible schedule that may include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays. While previous experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role is ideal, it is not a strict requirement. Customer service or sales experience is considered a bonus, and we welcome applicants who may not have prior work experience but are eager to learn and contribute to our team.
