About The Position

Rise Pies Handcrafted Pizza Tanger Outlets Southaven, Southaven MS CREW Crew members are to strive to deliver a quality guest experience on behalf of Rise Pies, by prepping, making and serving their products in appropriate fashion while working together with other staff on other tasks. SHIFT LEADER The Shift Leader’s responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety within Rise Pies. ASSISTANT MANGER Assists Restaurant Manager in all food service operations including guest relations; staff supervision and development; sales and marketing; budgeting and sales projections; general cleanliness of dining room and sales reconciliation.
