The Pressure Washing Technician plays a key role in delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services for commercial properties. This role involves operating pressure washing equipment, driving company vehicles to job sites, and ensuring every project meets client standards. Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a minimum of three years of clean driving experience
- Must be at least 23 years of age to operate company vehicles
- Comfortable working at heights, including ladders and lifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate equipment, and remain physically active for extended shifts
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to working as part of a team
- Flexible availability, with the understanding that schedules may adjust based on weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred and considered a value-add
Responsibilities
- Load tools, equipment, and cleaning agents based on your daily work order.
- Drive to job sites in a 25’ flatbed or truck/trailer combo (CDL a plus, but not required).
- Assess the site and communicate your action plan to the team and client.
- Pressure wash, scrub, sweep, and restore surfaces to perfection.
- Review the finished job and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete all paperwork and reports before heading back.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any issues.
- Collaborate with customers, crews, office staff, and mechanics.
- Help out with snow removal when needed—because we’re a team year-round.
