The position involves preparing a variety of pizzas and other menu items, measuring ingredients, following safe food preparation procedures, and assisting with bagging and tagging orders. Employees will run food out to customers' cars or delivery drivers, greet customers in person or via phone, and take orders professionally and promptly. The role also includes providing excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers, availing chances to 'up-sell' additional products, and mastering Point of Sale (POS) computer systems for automated order taking. Clear communication with management and team members is essential, as well as handling currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately. Building loyal customers through friendly interactions and resolving complaints promptly are key responsibilities. The position requires cleaning, stocking, and restocking work stations and display cases, transferring supplies and tools, packing, weighing, and labeling products, and ensuring supervisors are aware of food shortages. Adherence to quality standards, principles, guidelines, and policies is mandatory, along with performing other duties as assigned.
