The position involves preparing a variety of pizzas and other menu items, measuring ingredients, following safe food preparation procedures, and assisting with bagging and tagging orders. Employees will run food out to customers' cars or delivery drivers, greet customers in person or via phone, and take orders professionally and promptly. The role also includes providing excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers, mastering Point of Sale (POS) systems, handling transactions, and building customer loyalty through friendly interactions. Additional responsibilities include cleaning and stocking workstations, transferring supplies, and ensuring supervisors are aware of food shortages.
