As a Crew Member at Marugame Udon, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional Japanese hospitality, known as Omotenashi, to our guests. This commitment extends beyond just food; it encompasses our service and our team, ensuring that every guest experience is memorable. We pride ourselves on our training and development programs, which is why many of our managers have been promoted from within our hourly team. Your primary responsibilities will include following recipes accurately, maintaining food preparation processes, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. You will be expected to prepare both hot and cold food items throughout your shift, anticipating the needs of the business and reacting accordingly. This role requires a strong focus on portion control and monitoring food levels on the line while preparing and cooking food. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing outstanding guest interaction and embodying the spirit of Omotenashi in every aspect of your work.
