Crew Member - Mover

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our professional moving crew. Full time positions are eligible for a full benefit package, cash tips and quarterly bonuses, on top of your hourly wage. Responsibilities: The Crew Member Mover will be responsible for safely packing, loading, and unloading goods (this can include typical household or office items and furniture) for moves ranging from local to interstate moves. This position plays a key role in delivering outstanding customer service to our clients and is an important part of the team. In this role, you will gain valuable experience and develop essential skills in teamwork, customer service, leadership, and problem-solving-setting you up for long-term career growth in a hands-on, fast paced environment. If you like variety and prefer not to sit at a desk all day, this could be the career for you.
Requirements
- Be reliable and punctual
- Have a customer service focused mindset and possess great communication skills
- Have ability to lift and move boxes and furniture (75 lbs or more) repeatedly and ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Be well mannered, courteous, eager to help and ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours at times
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Pass an employment background check
- Be at least 18 years old
Nice To Haves
- Prior moving experience is a plus but not required - full training provided
Responsibilities
- Load and unload household or office furniture and items safely and efficiently
- Wrap, pad, and secure goods to prevent damage during transit
- Provide top-tier customer service at every step of the move
- Maintain a clean and organized truck and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and company standards on every job
