About The Position

Delivers excellent service, product and image standards to maintain high customer satisfaction. The position involves preparing a variety of pizzas and other menu items, measuring ingredients, following safe food preparation procedures, and assisting with bagging and tagging orders. Employees will run food out to customers' cars or delivery drivers, greet customers in person or via phone, and take orders professionally and promptly. Excellent customer service is essential to encourage repeat customers, and employees will provide information regarding the menu and specials while also having opportunities to up-sell additional products. Mastery of the Point of Sale (POS) computer systems for automated order taking is required, along with clear and positive communication with management and team members. Employees will handle currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately, build loyal customer relationships through friendly interactions, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Additional responsibilities include cleaning, stocking, and restocking work stations, transferring supplies, packing, weighing, and labeling products, ensuring supervisors are aware of food shortages, and adhering to all quality standards and policies.

Requirements

  • Be no less than Sixteen (16) years of age.
  • Ability to pass applicable Company background checks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
