About The Position
Owens Corning is seeking dynamic individuals to join our local team in Colfax, NC as Crew Members. The primary purpose of this position is to safely perform the necessary job duties associated with the operation of the Finger Joint machine. This includes feeding, tailing, learning and assisting the operator during changeovers and chopping cutbacks. This is a versatile position within the finger jointer and requires organizational and communication skills and a growing knowledge of all sizes and grades of finger joint blocks and blanks.
