About The Position

Requirements

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Must be reliable, professional, and accountable in all work responsibilities.
  • Capability and comfort working outdoors and performing physical labor.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a leadership, foreman, or similar supervisory role is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a field crew comprising 1–2 technicians.
  • Efficiently communicate job expectations and safety protocols to technicians, both in English and Spanish.
  • Act as the primary on-site leader and customer liaison, ensuring all client interactions are handled professionally.
  • Oversee and ensure the completion of all tasks according to established safety standards and company policies.
  • Manage the maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and job sites to uphold operational standards and safety.
  • Report and communicate job progress and any issues back to the office team in a timely manner.
