About The Position

As a Crew Leader, you will help our clients develop and maintain outstanding landscapes. You will be responsible for managing a landscaping crew of 2-5 employees and help drive production, quality, safety, and efficiency among the team. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance or installation experience
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience managing crew labor in the landscaping industry.
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License and the ability to pass an MVR check
  • Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all crew members are following safety policies and procedures
  • Understanding client needs while meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Managing multiple services that can include any of the following: spray operations, fertilization, maintenance production, tree care, and irrigation
  • Planning, organizing and managing work for crew members at each client site location
  • Ensuring proper handling and maintenance of equipment and other company property
  • Conducting safety, equipment and timekeeping training
  • Interacting with clients, residents, and employees with a high level of customer service
  • Performing other tasks as assigned
