About The Position

As a Crew Leader, you will help our clients develop and maintain outstanding landscapes. You will be responsible for managing a landscaping crew of 2-5 employees and help drive production, quality, safety, and efficiency among the team. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance or installation experience
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience managing crew labor in the landscaping industry.
Valid Florida Driver’s License and the ability to pass an MVR check
Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Ensuring all crew members are following safety policies and procedures
Understanding client needs while meeting or exceeding expectations.
Managing multiple services that can include any of the following: spray operations, fertilization, maintenance production, tree care, and irrigation
Planning, organizing and managing work for crew members at each client site location
Ensuring proper handling and maintenance of equipment and other company property
Conducting safety, equipment and timekeeping training
Interacting with clients, residents, and employees with a high level of customer service
Performing other tasks as assigned
