About The Position

The Crew Leader is a non-tip position who will have the overall responsibility for: Ensuring that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s) Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance Personally demonstrating that Customer needs are the highest priority Ensuring food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders Resolving Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid SNHD Food Handler's Card (NV Health Card) Sword and Spoon promotes a diverse and drug-free workplace.
