About The Position
The position involves managing a crew of 2-3 laborers on a daily basis and completing various construction tasks such as silt fence installation, hydroseeding, underdrain installation, manhole punch work, bond release items, asphalt patching, and crack sealing. The role requires operating mini-excavators and skid steers to perform daily job functions, as well as completing daily paperwork including job tickets and time sheets. The employee will also be responsible for trenching/excavating, loading and unloading construction materials, and communicating respectfully with Client Representatives, Superintendents, and Project Managers. Experience with Super Silt Fence, Silt fence, seeding, punch work, or under drain is preferred.
