About The Position
Aresco of Tidewater is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the role of Crew Leader for our Content Cleaning, Inventory, and Packout division. This position is crucial as it combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical work in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will be IICRC certified and possess a strong background in residential construction and general cleaning. The Crew Leader will oversee the cleaning, inventory, and packing of contents from customers' homes that have suffered damage due to water, smoke, or soot. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. In this dual role, the Crew Leader will be responsible for training and guiding team members, ensuring that all cleaning and packing processes are executed correctly and safely. The position involves physical labor, including lifting heavy items (50-75 lbs), and requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. The Crew Leader will also be expected to utilize software tools such as Xactimate for estimating and Encircle for job tracking, making familiarity with these tools a significant advantage. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, dependability, and excellent organizational skills, enabling them to work independently or collaboratively with team members. This is a full-time position with an expected work schedule of 40 hours per week, typically structured as an 8-hour shift. The pay range for this role is between $16.00 and $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
