About The Position

We're hiring a dependable and experienced Crew Leader to oversee a small team
delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance. This is a year-round
role with seasonal snow support in winter months.

Requirements

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety

Nice To Haves

• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew of 2--3 team members on job sites
• Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup tasks
• Operate trucks, mowers, trimmers, and other landscape tools
• Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and timely completion
• Report crew hours, complete daily paperwork, and track materials
• Train new crew members and support field onboarding
• Assist with snow removal during winter season
