Traffic Engineering Services- A Helix Company- has been in business for 20 years and we are expanding our team! This is an in-person position reporting to our Harrisburg, PA yard before being transported to the worksite. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians on construction sites.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to effectively direct traffic and coordinate with team members.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety.
• A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.

Nice To Haves

• Highway experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic flow around construction sites, ensuring safety for both workers and the public.
• Monitor site conditions and report any hazards or issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with other crew members to ensure smooth operations on-site.
• Maintain clear communication with team members regarding traffic patterns and safety protocols.
