About The Position
EverLine Coatings, a rapidly scaling commercial service brand, is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead our location in the Mid-South. This full-time salaried position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 per year, along with performance bonuses and health care benefits. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing all field staff and operations of the local business unit, ensuring that our growing network is successfully launched and supported. In this role, you will be responsible for managing people, overseeing jobs, tracking materials, ensuring quality, and managing the schedule. You will need to be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our team develop and be productive while ensuring that our profits are on the rise. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a productive work environment and in driving the company’s growth, with the potential for advancement into a General Manager position. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management or operations management, with a strong understanding of business processes and functions. You will be expected to implement and execute daily processes, oversee recruitment and training of new employees, evaluate and improve operations, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Regular reporting to ownership and providing solutions to issues in the field and office will also be key responsibilities. Flexibility in your schedule, including nights based on customer needs, will be necessary to meet the demands of the role.
