As our Crew Lead – Core Product Platform, you’ll guide the evolution of our core banking architecture, setting the strategic technical direction and ensuring we deliver resilient, modern, scalable services. As a trusted technology advisor to senior stakeholders, you’ll align business strategy with engineering excellence, enabling autonomous delivery at pace. Your day-to-day: You’ll lead the teams responsible for Bankwest’s core banking engineering and integration, driving platform uplift and modernisation across our Core Product systems. Provide strategic technology leadership to influence decisions and shape long-term platform direction. Define and own the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with our broader technology strategy. Translate business strategy into elegant, scalable technical solutions, enabling empowered delivery squads. Leverage modern engineering practices and architectures, including microservices, BIAN, secure-by-design principles, cloud-native development, and contemporary core banking design patterns.
