Crew Lead - Concrete
About The Position
DeLeers Construction is growing and looking for a Lead in our Concrete area. Working with a small crew, this role will be responsible for providing direction and leadership, support, and hold all crew members responsible and accountable for meeting their responsibilities, goals, commitments and provides the necessary information and leadership in this regard. This position will also be responsible for scheduling, workforce planning, coordinating, supervising, assisting in cost control, and safety. Successful candidates will have 5+ years of experience as a concrete worker, and is familiar with all other construction trades. DeLeers Construction is a family owned company with over 80 years of experience building quality residential and commercial buildings.
