Position Summary: Responsible for managing small field crews and conducting archaeological fieldwork, monitoring, and research associated with archaeological projects. Responsible for crew safety, maintaining project documents, leading crews in the field, assisting with scheduling fieldwork logistics, and assisting with archaeological reporting at the direction of the Section Head or Senior Archaeologist and Principal Investigator. Preference is for individuals willing to work from or relocate to JMT office locations in Houston or Round Rock, Texas. Compensation for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hour, commensurate with experience, education, and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description.
