About The Position

Bowhead seeks a Crew Force Management Professional to support the SBIRS Operations Support contract at Buckley SFB, CO. Responsibilities • Serve as subject matter expert on implementation and utilization of the MAJCOM approved database, currently PEX. • Aid in development of local guidance for tracking SBIRS crewmember certification, currency and training accomplishment. • Assist with DEL 4, Training Flight personnel on training policies and procedures. • Develop training entries for approximately 350 operators to track CT, AT, and DT. • Perform audits using a MAJCOM approved database to ensure operators maintain CMR status. • Schedule currency mission shifts for all operators. • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited university • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Crew Force Management• Strong writing, speaking and briefing skills• Knowledge of Combat Mission Ready certification and instructions• Understanding of Patriot Excalibur database• Proficient in Microsoft applications Desired Qualifications:• Recent operations experience in DEL 4, 710 Operations Group, 460th Operations Support Squadron, 2d Space Warning Squadron or 11th Space Warning Squadron• Leadership position within units listed above Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level. Physical Demands:• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited university
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Crew Force Management
• Strong writing, speaking and briefing skills
• Knowledge of Combat Mission Ready certification and instructions
• Understanding of Patriot Excalibur database
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level.
