The primary service region is the Charlotte Metropolitan area. Services are provided for existing homes as well as new residential construction. Is comfortable with technology. Is bilingual. The Crew Chief is vital to the successful completion of customer projects and must professionally represent Moisture Loc at all times. A typical day will include the following: Traveling ON TIME to the office with a reliable vehicle Traveling ON TIME to scheduled appointments using a company vehicle Completing on-site projects as scheduled by the Production Manager Taking accurate measurements and cutting wood for structural repairs Replacing or repairing wood girders, floor joists, sill plates and outer rim joists Digging footings, pouring concrete, building CMU piers and building supplemental drop girders Utilizing jack systems to lift and flatten sagging floors Working with pressure treated lumber, engineered wood products and fasteners Operating power tools, saws, cutting tools, drills and jacks Accurately following the scope of work and being able to read structural drawings Following OSHA regulations, building codes and company safety protocols Ensuring the required supplies and equipment are on the company vehicle Communicating project status to the Project Manager
