Local travel required 25-50% of time. The selected candidate must have 4+ years’ experience in Survey Tech or Boundary Surveying, Construction Stakeout, and ALTA Surveys, with proficiency in Civil3D. Experience with Microstation, Leica Infinity, and Bluebeam Revu is preferred. The role involves converting field notes into electronic survey maps, processing horizontal and vertical field data, interpreting deed descriptions, utilizing CAD software for survey operations, and creating Digital Terrain Models.
