About The Position
The Crew Chief at IHOP is a leadership role filled by a craft Team Member who demonstrates initiative and leadership abilities. This position assumes the responsibilities of the Assistant Manager in their absence while continuing to perform their assigned craft duties. The Crew Chief plays a crucial role in directing Team Members, ensuring high standards of food preparation, service, cleanliness, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
