As a Crew Chief, you’ll respond to water, fire, and mold losses, take pride in your work, and help restore homes and businesses after disaster strikes.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work flexible hours
- Willingness to learn and grow in the restoration industry
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Mitigate a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Lead water, fire, and mold mitigation jobs to industry standards
- Communicate with empathy, urgency, and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, stocked truck and company equipment
- Participate in on-call rotation (nights/weekends as needed)
- Support and lead other technicians when needed
