About The Position

We’re hiring three experienced Crew Chiefs to lead mitigation and restoration projects in the North Atlanta market. You’ll oversee field technicians, ensure high-quality work, and deliver excellent customer service on every job.

Requirements

• 2+ years of restoration or mitigation experience
• Prior leadership or crew lead experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift/move equipment and work in various environments

Nice To Haves

• IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD)

Responsibilities

• Lead mitigation crews on water, fire, mold, and cleanup projects
• Perform inspections, document job conditions, and communicate next steps to clients
• Ensure proper equipment setup, monitoring, and jobsite safety
• Train and mentor technicians
• Maintain accurate job documentation and daily logs
• Coordinate with Project Managers and office staff to keep jobs moving efficiently
