Lead a Professional Moving Crew Piece by Piece Moving and Storage is seeking experienced Crew Chiefs to lead moving teams in Clinton, MA. What You'll Do As a Crew Chief, you will be responsible for leading a moving crew and ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. Responsibilities include: Leading a crew on residential and commercial moves Directing team members on proper packing, wrapping, and loading techniques Ensuring furniture and household goods are protected and transported safely Communicating clearly with customers throughout the move Managing the pace and workflow of the job Maintaining organization and safety on the truck and job site Reporting job details and updates to dispatch and operations What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in the moving industry At least 1 year of experience leading a moving crew Strong leadership and communication skills Deep knowledge of proper moving techniques and equipment Ability to manage a team and maintain a professional job site Reliable and punctual CDL license preferred , but not required.
